As a Senior Designer at Salesforce, I thrive in a collaborative 'triad' with Product Management and Engineering, where I am a pivotal stakeholder throughout the entire product lifecycle. Driving Product Vision and Innovation: A core aspect of my role is shaping the future direction of our products. I own the UX Roadmap, ensuring a clear three-release outlook that proactively integrates and drives key UX initiatives in every cycle. I am also the custodian of foundational artifacts like the Vision Documentation and Steel-thread Scenarios. These aren't just documents; they are living blueprints that articulate the aspirational user experience and map out innovative, end-to-end user journeys. By defining this vision, I directly influence the strategic direction of the product, ensuring it not only meets current needs but also anticipates future user expectations and technological advancements.
